Our Manual Creation Process

1. We collect your flight operations data to create a first draft of the manual. The data collection process includes your flight department's policies, processes, and procedures. This can be done via email, conference call or a combination of both. Some procedures are the same for every operator. Other procedures need to be very specific, such as flight dispatch / flight release, how your flight department calculates mass and balance / weight and balance or ETOPS flight planning. These processes and procedures need to be specific. You can email us specific polices, process and procedures that we will incorporated into the manual. Some of our past clients have sent us an electronic copy of their old or current manual as a reference. We will also incorporate any forms that you would like to use.

2. We create the first draft of your custom manual from the data that you have provided us. We then send you the first draft in Microsoft Word that is fully editable. This gives your management team a chance to go through the manual and make notes or make changes. Making changes with your management team streamlines the process and makes the manual a true custom manual.

3. You can send us your changes or as we mentioned in step 2, continue to make the changes and send the authority for review.

4. We will be with you throughout the entire process until you receive your certification.
